  4. All rentals must adhere to the specific terms set by the vehicle owner.

4. Payments and Disputes

  1. Arkela does not handle or process rental payments on behalf of users or vehicle owners.
  2. Any financial agreements or disputes must be resolved between the renter and the vehicle owner.

5. Feedback & Ratings

  1. Users and owners may review each other after completing a booking.
  2. Arkela reserves the right to remove or edit content that violates platform standards.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

  1. Arkela acts only as a medium connecting users and vehicle providers. It does not verify the accuracy or safety of listings.
  2. We are not responsible for damages, losses, or disputes arising from rentals or use of listed vehicles.

7. Privacy Protection

8. Terms Revisions
