- All rentals must adhere to the specific terms set by the vehicle owner.
4. Payments and Disputes
- Arkela does not handle or process rental payments on behalf of users or vehicle owners.
- Any financial agreements or disputes must be resolved between the renter and the vehicle owner.
5. Feedback & Ratings
- Users and owners may review each other after completing a booking.
- Arkela reserves the right to remove or edit content that violates platform standards.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
- Arkela acts only as a medium connecting users and vehicle providers. It does not verify the accuracy or safety of listings.
- We are not responsible for damages, losses, or disputes arising from rentals or use of listed vehicles.
